• If your zone district doesn’t allow for accessory uses for parking lots or cars, contact the planning commission to discuss your options.

Permitted Special/Temporary Uses (Generally)

Available in each zone subject to the issuance of a Special Use Permit from the Board of Adjustment or a Temporary Use Permit from the Director of Community and Economic Development.

Prohibited Uses (Generally)

All uses not expressly identified as permitted or determined to be permitted by the Director of Community and Economic Development are prohibited.
